Homes at Willowcrest, our sustainable and affordable homeownership development in Renton, are now available for sale. These 3- and 4-BDRM homes are highly energy efficient and will produce their own electricity through solar panels. The first three sales will be our lowest price 3 BRM homes, $243,333, which are set aside for those who make 60% of area median income or less and can submit documentation that they are currently in an unstable housing situation.
